On June 15th I posted the entry C8 Again. In this entry I describe a physiological phenomenon which I discover while starting this site. While repeatedly working on-line, and as well waiting for better weather, I used the time to deal with the curvature of my spine. Worse after winter break, this curvature is what I wanted to remove by repeatedly lifting my spine from C2 and moving back C8. My suspicions for C8's role in human posture and for riding you find in earlier entries.
Some three month later I notice an amazing result...
And, as often in my studies of physiology, it comes as a wonderous surprise. Doing and repeating the exercise described bears no difficulty. I just think of it and my body gets going, dependably calling the automated reaction. My shoulders now move freely, the exercise's added benefit being is an increase in personal power, calling forth a pleasant change of style.
As for riding, there was no evident change at first, neither did I look for one. Horses here in La Boulaye, after too much grass in the spring, usually are unmotivated during the summer. It takes cooling-off and a few big rainfalls to mobilize and get in form. And only now the surprise is becoming appearant...
